strAIke (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our platform at straike.co.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, email address, company name, and password (hashed).
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.
- Business data: contacts, deals, tasks, invoices, and other CRM data you enter.
- Payment data: processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
- Google account data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the strAIke platform.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (welcome, invoices, team invitations).
- To generate AI-powered insights using anonymised data patterns.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Google Workspace API Data
strAIke offers optional integration with Google Workspace. If you connect your Google account via Settings → Integrations, we request access to the following Google APIs:
- Gmail API — to display sent/received emails within strAIke and allow composing emails to your contacts directly from the platform.
- Google Calendar API — to read and create calendar events so your tasks and meetings stay in sync.
- Google Drive API — to list and access files so you can attach them to projects and contacts inside strAIke.
How we use Google data:
- Google API data is used exclusively to provide the in-platform features described above.
- We do not transfer, share, or disclose your Google data to any third party except as strictly necessary to operate the platform (e.g., encrypted storage in our EU-region database).
- We do not use Google API data to train AI models or for advertising purposes.
- We do not store the content of your Google emails beyond what is needed to display them within the platform session.
- Your Google OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely. You can revoke access at any time via Settings → Integrations or directly in your Google Account permissions.
strAIke's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Third-party AI providers — AI features (data processed per the provider's privacy policy; not used to train AI models).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Supabase — database hosting (EU region).
- Google LLC — only when you explicitly connect Google Workspace (see section 4 above).
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting hello@straike.co.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@straike.co to exercise these rights.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies. You can manage cookie preferences via the banner shown on your first visit.
9. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
